We provide initial and recurrent training on the Piper PA-46 class of airplanes. Our Chief Flight Instructor has over 1,000 hours in PA-46 aircraft and we personally own a 1986 Piper Malibu. 

Aircraft Systems

Detailed training on engine, fuel, electrical, landing gear, flight controls, de-icing and other systems.

Procedures

Teaching proper preflight, startup, departures, approaches and arrivals. Training on common issues, abnormal and emergency procedures.

Cockpit Procedures Training (CPT)

Familiarization with the cockpit and the avionics. We will cover every button, switch in the plane.

Scenario-Based Training

Each lesson covers a trip that you might take in the aircraft and how to set each trip to be a success.

Cost of Ownership

One of the most important aspects of the PA-46 platform is understanding how to fly the plane correctly to keep the cost of ownership to a minimum. We will go over example annual inspections, engine rebuild scenarios and common problems and easy solutions to the Piper PA-46.
